
4. B.C. Environmental Laboratory Quality Assurance Advisory Committee (BCELQAAC) and Technical Subcommittee
The BCELQAAC and the Technical Subcommittee are government-industry, partnership-based advisory committees. They were formed to promote technical excellence in government,
industry and private environmental laboratories — as well as for related environmental monitoring and sampling activities in British Columbia. The Technical Subcommittee
functions as a technical advisory committee to the B.C. Ministry of Environment by providing guidance in developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of environmental
field sampling and laboratory methods.
