Canada's Parks Day 2010 - Schedule of Events
Put a little more parks in your life!
Parks Day is celebrated annually, on the third Saturday of July, in every province and territory across the country. BC Parks has a diverse and remarkable park system. Parks Day is a perfect opportunity to celebrate the important role national, provincial and territorial parks play in our lives.
So gather your friends and family and join us to participate in one of the unique and fun-filled celebration activities taking place in parks across the province.

| Alice Lake | Join in games and activities that celebrate the biodiversity of Alice Lake. Jerry’s Rangers can earn a “Let It Be” sticker. Winners of the u‐reduce/u‐produce environmental video contest held by VANOC, Darrick and Michael are here to speak about ideas relating to sustainable living and perform their original rap. |
