Begin the Scavenger Quest: Jerry’s Search ’n Sketch

Scavenger QuestBC Parks is thrilled to announce the return of Jerry’s Search ‘n Sketch – the Ultimate Scavenger Quest! Back by popular demand, this family-friendly activity can be found in parks across the province from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.

How to play the game:

The Scavenger Quest is a great opportunity to explore BC Parks. The goal of the game is to search out all the items on the list and sketch what you see within the park.

You can get the Scavenger Quest from participating BC Parks or download Scavenger Quest before you visit the park. The Scavenger Quest was designed to be completed in one park, in one visit. Explore the park, looking for the items on the list, and draw the items that you find. If you cannot find one of the listed items, draw the item from your imagination. The game is complete when all the spaces have a drawing. Once complete, look for a friendly Park Operator to stamp the Scavenger Quest and claim your prize – choose from stickers, tattoos or Jerry the Moose antlers!

Bonus Prize!

Once the game has been complete, take a photo of you (and your family) and either share the photo on BC Parks’ Facebook page or email it to for your chance to win a free weekend of camping next season!

Additional Games

There are also two fun games on the back of the Scavenger Quest, Spot the Difference! Jerry the Moose and My BC Parks Camping Story.

A Big Thank You!

We would like to say THANK YOU to our sponsors, the Camping & RVing Coalition of BC and Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC. Their continued support has helped us deliver these and other fun activities within BC Parks.
