Dala-Kildala Rivers Estuaries Park is located at the head of Kildala Arm on the Douglas Channel, approximately 15 km southeast of Kitamaat Village. Access is by boat only.

Nature & Culture:

History - Dala-Kildala Rivers Estuaries Park was designated as a Class A provincial park in May 2004 following recommendations from the Kalum Land and Resource Management Plan.
Wildlife - Dala-Kildala Rivers Estuaries Park protects a Nationally significant over-wintering and migration staging site for migratory bird species. The park includes the habitat of such species as Trumpeter Swan, Great Blue Heron, Western Grebe, Red-Breasted Merganser, and Grizzly Bear and the Dala and Kildala Rivers support significant runs of Pink and Chum Salmon, with minor runs of Coho and Chinook Salmon.

	Please Conserve Firewood. Limited burning hours may be in effect at some parks and fire bans may be implemented during extremely hot weather conditions. No firewood available. While campfires are allowed in this backcountry area, we encourage visitors to use campstoves for cooking purposes. To preserve vegetation and ground cover, please don't gather wood for fires from the area unless required for emergency situations. Dead wood is an important habitat element for many plants and animals and it adds organic matter to the soil.
	There are no electrical hook-ups in this park.
	There are no regularly scheduled interpretive programs at this park.
	For your own safety and the preservation of the park, obey posted signs and keep to designated trails. Shortcutting trails destroys plant life and soil structure. There are no developed trails at this park.
	This park does not have a playground.
	No swimming.
	Adventurous and experienced kayakers may enjoy exploring this region.
	This park does not have a boat launch.
	Anyone fishing or angling in British Columbia must have an appropriate licence. Dala River is closed to Salmon Fishing at all times.
	Cycling is not permitted.
	No horseback riding.
	Backcountry areas are not suitable for dogs or other pets due to wildlife issues and the potential for problems with bears.
	No wildlife viewing opportunities.
	No winter recreation opportunities.
	No SCUBA diving or snorkelling opportunities.
	No windsurfing opportunities.
	No waterskiing opportunities.
	Hunting is permitted in the park during lawful hunting season. Check hunting regulations and hunting synopsis.
	No climbing or rock climbing opportunities.
	No spelunking or caving opportunities.
	No cabins, yurts or lodges for public use.
