the southern end of Grenville Channel, between Pitt and
Farrant Islands. The closest communities are Hartley Bay,
Port Edward, Prince Rupest and Kitimat.

Passage is reached using narrow entrances to the northeast
or southwest. These passages are swept by powerful currents
and should be entered cautiously.

on the eastern side of Farrant Island offer hiking opportunities

Kayaking
can be enjoyed in this area, with landing beaches
available. Kayak rentals are available in Prince
Rupert.

park does not have a boat launch.

Excellent
tidal water fishing opportunities for salmon and
groundfish. Anyone fishing or
angling in British Columbia must have an appropriate
licence. Fishing licences are available for purchase
in Kitimat and Prince Rupert. Please refer to current
fishing regulations.

is not permitted.

horses and/or horseback riding.

Pets/domestic
animals must be on a leash at all times and are not
allowed in beach areas or park buildings. You are responsible
for their behaviour and must dispose of their excrement.
Backcountry areas are not suitable for dogs or
other pets due to wildlife issues and the potential
for problems with bears.
