Ordering Information and Guidelines

Please note:
Any forms or material produced by Park Facility Operators (PFOs), other than those supplied or approved by BC Parks, must not bear the BC Parks and/or BC Government logos/crests.

As noted below, some forms will be supplied to the PFO, at no charge, by BC Parks. Any other forms listed below have been used by BC Parks in the past; they are either supplied here for the PFO’s convenience, or information about previous ordering is supplied.

Attendance information to be supplied to BC Parks:

• Monthly Attendance Summary form (Excel)
• Monthly Attendance Summary form (pdf)

Attendance information for audit purposes:

• Maintain a daily record of sequentially numbered receipts (permits) issued for each park area.
• Each camping, group camping or group picnicking party is to be issued a sequentially numbered receipt (permit) with the following information:
  • Park Name
  • Date In/Date Out
  • Number of Nights
  • Party Info:
    • Party Name & address
    • Number of people in party (see Party Size definition)
    • Seniors Party (Senior Citizen and spouse) during shoulder season
    • Disabled Party (see definition)
  • Number of vehicles per party. RV or non-RV (see definition)
  • Total Fees Paid (including calculated GST)
  • Method of payment (cash, credit card, through Discover Camping Reservation Service)
  • GST Number

• These forms are configured to reflect a 50% commission formula. If your commission formula differs from this percentage, you must change the formula amount in the appropriate cell.
• If you wish to make changes or edits to the Excel forms, you must save a copy to your own computer hard drive first, and then make the changes. You will not be able to make changes to the online form.
• If you wish to use a specific form in the PDF document, you can save/print off that specific page/form.

Vehicle Signs, magnetic - Park Facility Operator:
These signs are 6" x 16", blue (PMS 072) and white, screened on 0.30 magnetic sheeting or as a decal.
