Self-Assessment Reports

What are your views?

Please provide comments on the self-assessment reports. Any comments are greatly appreciated and will be considered when reviewing the Permittee’s achievement of stewardship values. Your submission must be received within 30 days from the date the report was posted.


To ensure your submission is as effective as possible:

  • Make it clear and concise;
  • List your points according to the sections and page numbers in the report;
  • Describe briefly each subject or issue you wish to discuss;
  • Note any personal experiences in dealing with the operator.
