Seeking Your Input for the
Qwiquallaaq/Boat Bay Conservancy

What are your views?

The Ministry of Environment and the Mamalilikulla-Que’Qwa’Sot’Em First Nation are in the process of developing a management plan for the Qwiquallaaq/Boat Bay Conservancy. An important part of this process is obtaining the public's views about the values on this area and the kinds of issues that should be considered in the management plan into the future.

The comments collected during this process will be synthesized and reported on this website.

We need your help in preparing the management plan. Would you please take a few minutes and share your comments?

Before completing the form you may want to look at some background information about the Qwiquallaaq/Boat Bay Conservancy. The Qwiquallaaq/Boat Bay Conservancy web page provides a quick overview of the area, a location map of nearby conservancies, parks and protected areas and a map of the conservancy.

The information you provide will help the planning team to better understand the values of this area and to prepare recommendations about the management of this conservancy over the next few years. If you have any questions about this area, please feel to contact our office either by email at: Hayley.Datoo@gov.bc.ca or by giving us a call at (250) 337-2415

Please complete this comment form as fully as possible and submit your comments by April 30, 2008:
