The Ministry of Environment, Environmental Stewardship Division, the Kwiakah First Nation and the Homalco First Nation will be collaboratively developing recommendations for a collaborative management plan for the ?NACINUXw/Phillips Estuary Conservancy.
The initial phase of the public input process is complete and the information gathered is being considered during the development of the ?NACINUXw/Phillips Estuary Conservancy Management Plan. Read a summary of the public comments.
There will be further opportunities for public input on the management of ?NACINUXw/Phillips Estuary Conservancy Draft Management Plan is completed, it and other conservancy draft management plans will be available for review and public comment via the BC Parks website. All interested parties are encouraged to review and comment on the draft management plan.
