Management Planning for the Management Planning for W̓aw̓aƛ/Seymour Estuary Conservancy
BC Parks and the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw First Nation are collaboratively developing a management plan for W̓aw̓aƛ /Seymour Estuary Conservancy .
Management Plan Schedule
Stage 1: Initial planning (including initial public input stage) and Terms of Reference Approval (complete)
Stage 2: Development of the Draft Management Plans (complete)
Stage 3: Draft Management Plan Open for Public Review and Comment (Closed September 30, 2011)
Stage 4: Final Management Plan Prepared and Released (Fall/Winter 2012)
