How to make a telephone call through Enquiry B.C.

The Government of B.C. provides information to the public via a toll-free telephone information service called Enquiry BC. It assists people by determining which branch, department or ministry can best answer their enquiry and provides contact names and telephone numbers. Enquiry B.C. operators can also connect your call to government offices throughout the province, free of charge.

Enquiry BC is available Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 5PM, excluding designated holidays.
