Application Development Services
- Develop an implementation plan to consolidated land/resource registry encumbrance information, identifying issues and recommending strategy;
- Conduct an operations systems review to list and assess corporate applications and data that fall under the mandate of MSRM.;
- Provide business analysis and systems consulting services for maintenance and operation of existing operational systems and data for resource and registry information, including central services and government-wide applications;
- Develop and
implement new operational systems and databases, including:
- INCOSADA implementation in 40 forestry districts, to provide a standardized set of tools for managing the update and management of spatial and attribute data and inventory and tenure use;
- Tantalis upgrades to develop a more efficient way of capturing and maintaining spatial information, and develop a financial information viewing tool;
- a common interface and modules for licensing and permit business areas, to be prototyped with Wildlife permits and evaluated for application to other operational systems; and
- other operational systems, as determined by business areas;
- Provide database administration support for operational databases now under MSRM jurisdiction
