Training

Training is available for some Resources Information Standards Committee (RISC) inventory and mapping standards .

Some RISC standards require training and certification while others only recommend it, depending on an individual's background and level of work experience. Please review the applicable RISC standards documentation for more information regarding training and certification requirements.

In 2006, the Integrated Land Information Bureau (ILMB) took on the responsibilities of RISC. You can find information on RISC Training on the ILMB website.
