Canada-wide Strategy The Canada-wide Strategy for Municipal Wastewater Effluent articulates the collective agreement reached by the 14 ministers of the environment in Canada to ensure that wastewater facility owners will have regulatory clarity in managing municipal wastewater effluent under a harmonized framework that is protective of human health and the environment.
