  The Hazardous Waste Transport Licence authorizes a firm or individual to transport hazardous waste within the province of British Columbia under the conditions as specified on the licence.

• Hazardous Waste Transport Licence Application Package
  New applicants can view and print all required application package material.

• Hazardous Waste Update: The Transportation of Hazardous Waste
  It is required by law, both federally and provincially, to document the transportation of hazardous waste. The legislation and regulations that are in place were developed to protect our environment and preserve it for future generations to enjoy. The purpose of this update is to clarify how hazardous wastes, are to be transported in the province.
