  • Data Confirmation for Flaring Approval Registration (PDF/145 KB)

    This form must be completed and submitted to the ministry after well test flaring where the natural gas contains at least 5% by volume of hydrogen sulphide (pursuant to Section 6(1)(d) of the Oil and Gas Waste Regulation).
  • Facility Registration Report Form (PDF/96 KB)

    This registration report form must be completed and submitted by operators requiring registration of facilities or equipment under Section 6 of the Oil and Gas Waste Regulation (B.C. Reg. 254/2005). This form is also to be used for submitting revised registration reports, which notify a ministry director of any substantive changes to previous registrations.
