Pesticide Notices & Signs

Pesticide Use Treatment Notices: model forms for use by pesticide user licensees to notify people about pesticide applications. These forms may be completed on your computer and then printed, or printed and then filled in by hand. If the completed forms are to be posted where they will be exposed to rain, they must be laminated or otherwise protected before they are posted.

  • Treatment Notice (PDF/215 KB) - meets the requirements of the Integrated Pest Management Regulation for posting in and around residences and outdoor public use areas.
  • Treatment Notice (PDF/406 KB) - meets the requirements of the Integrated Pest Management Regulation and WorkSafeBC (if workers can read English). For posting in and around buildings and outdoor public use areas.
  • Fumigation Notice (PDF/434 KB) - meets the requirements of the Integrated Pest Management Regulation and WorkSafeBc (if workers can read English). For posting when fumigant gases are used in buildings, containers or other enclosures.

Storage Sign: for use on pesticide storage facilities. After printing, laminate the sign to make it weather resistant.
