Recycling Regulation Guideline
The ministry has prepared the next version of the Recycling Regulation Guide (Guide) based on comments received on the first version during the web-based, stakeholder consultation process that ended September 30, 2005. The ministry is grateful for all submissions received.
The ministry has also prepared the Summary Information Sheet below for a producer selling, importing or distributing products regulated in B.C. For detailed information, please consult the Recycling Regulation Guide above.
Environment Canada has prepared a report: “Performance Measurement and Reporting for Extended Producer Responsibility Programs” (PDF/390 KB). This document provides guidance to industry stakeholders for developing performance measures with the intent of harmonizing program performance measures and reporting in Canada.
