Product Care Association operates more than 100 depots across the province for consumers to return leftover paint and paint aerosols. There is no charge to drop off paint leftovers accepted by  the program. Product Care Association offers the paint exchange program, where usable leftover paint is offered free of charge to non-profit groups such as amateur theatre companies, farmers, and charities as well as low-income families.
