The applicant must provide a cover letter, on company letterhead, with the referral notice sent to required agencies. The content of the cover letter should include the wording contained in this referral letter template. Using this format will aid in timely responses, since agencies are familiar with this format.
Please ensure that the cover letter instructs agencies to respond directly to the applicant and copy the response to the local Regional Manager. The cover letter must also provide the mailing address of the local Regional Manager.
