Permits
The Ministry of Environment (MOE) is responsible for all licences and permits issued under the Wildlife Act and its Regulations. Permits such as scientific collection permits, capture permits, possession permits and export permit applications are available at MOE Regional offices, Government Agents, or FrontCounter BC.
