British Columbia Fish Processors

Annual Reporting Requirements

All Fish Processing licence holders are required to submit the following annual reports for each facility:

1. Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)
2. Processor Employment Survey
3. Processor List of Custom Processing Clients or Declaration Form

Weekly Reporting Requirments

All Fish Processing licence holders with a "Commercial Salmon Cannery - Large" category on their licence are required to submit the following weekly reports for each facility:

1. Canned Salmon Pack

British Columbia Fish Buyers & Brokers

Annual Reporting Requirements

All Fish Buying Station licence holders and Fish Broker licence holders are required to submit the following report:

1. Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)

British Columbia Aquaculture Operations

Annual Reporting Requirements

All Aquaculture licence holders are required to submit the following applicable report for each site:

1. Annual Aquaculture Statistical Report (AASR)
2. Aquaculture Employment Survey

Custom Clients of British Columbia Fish Processing, Canning and/or Cold Storage Facilities

Annual Reporting Requirements

When requested, persons who have utilized services of B.C. fish processing facilities to process or hold fish for resale are required to complete and submit the following reports:

1. Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)
