2008 Calendar Year - Reporting Package

The AASR form must be completed and returned to satisfy reporting requirements for the 2008 calendar year. There is a separate form for each of finfish, shellfish and marine plant operation.

Instructions

To complete an Excel (.xls) or Word (.doc) form for electronic submission, you must first download the form to your computer.

1) When prompted choose Save, not Open.

2) Complete the version on your computer.

3) Submit by attaching a saved copy to your email.
