Annual Reporting Requirements

All Fish Processing licence holders are required to submit the following annual reports for each facility:

• Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)

• Canned Salmon Sales Form
• Processor List of Custom Processing Clients or Declaration Form

Quarterly Reporting Requirements

All Fish Processing licence holders are required to submit the following quarterly reports for each facility:

• Cultured Shellfish Quarterly Report (PDF/54 KB)
• Cultured Finfish Quarterly Report (PDF/60 KB)

British Columbia Fish Buyers & Brokers
Annual Reporting Requirements

All Fish Buying Station licence holders and Fish Broker licence holders are required to submit the following report:

• Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS)

• Canned Salmon Sales Form

British Columbia Aquaculture Operations
Annual Reporting Requirements

All Aquaculture licence holders are required to submit the following applicable report for each site:

• Annual Aquaculture Statistical Report (AASR)

Special Reporting Requirements

All geoduck aquaculture licence holders are required to submit a harvest notification form prior to date of intended harvest.

Annual Reporting Requirements

When requested, persons who have utilized services of B.C. fish processing facilities to process or hold fish for resale are required to complete and submit the following reports:

• Annual Fisheries Production Schedule (AFPS) or Declaration

• Canned Salmon Sales Form
