Grouse Mountain Vice-President Scott Ellis (left) and Julia Kossowski, Grouse Mountain Wind Turbine Project Manager, gave Minister Barry Penner (centre) an up-close look at their 1.5 megawatt “Eye of the Wind” power project overlooking the City of Vancouver. At the top of the wind tower an observation deck is being added that will be accessible from an elevator inside the tower and allow up to 35 people at one time have 360 degree views.
