MOUs and Agreements
Under the Environmental Cooperation Agreement, the British Columbia Ministry of Environment, Lands and Parks (now Ministry of Environment) and the Washington Department of Ecology have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is a framework to aid in the implementation of the Environmental Cooperation Agreement and serves as a link among subject-specific agreements.
