Game Census

The Game Census template type is used when the primary objective is to obtain counts and demographics such as age and sex ratios for game populations. Some examples of project types that will use this template are:

  • ungulate aerial census
  • ungulate spotlight counts
  • strip census

In this template, each row is group-centric. You can record information about the number, age, and sex of animals seen in a group. Behaviour of individuals are not the focus.
