Results by Area

Quite often, data from inventories is used to generate population estimates, age and sex ratios, or indices of relative abundance.

Oftimes analytical results like these are best portrayed as a property of an area. For example, a grizzly bear DNA based population study generates bear detections at numerous sample stations which are captured using the General Survey Template. Subsequent population estimates (and confidence intervals) can be loaded into the Results by Area template obtained here.
