Treatments to Meet Non-Timber Objectives Activity Area - Treatments
Activity.
Standards
Standards
for Stand Treatments to Meet Timber Objectives apply. This activity
requires that both an overall standard (FS1001) and an activity-specific
standard be followed. Additional information on requirements for
this activity is available in the "Guidelines and Procedures
for FIA Funded Silviculture Activities".
Prescription
standards should be developed using "Silviculture Guidelines
and Practices for Maintaining or Recruiting Key Habitat Objectives."
Data reporting on the FS708
must indicate the primary objective as non-timber.
In addition
to regular reporting, Recipients must also fill in a project abstract
and send to For.Prodres@gov.bc.ca.
