Streams Excluded from Quick Licensing

The following reports are presented in Microsoft Excel and Adobe pdf. In the Microsoft Excel version, embedded data filters allow you to display records for a specific District or Precinct. An embedded macro button will provide a count of the number of rows of data displayed.

To save a copy of the spreadsheet, use "File", "Save As..."

Note: If running Internet Explorer Version 4.0, close the Excel program before selecting another report

Data as at January 15, 2000 (Note: If prompted, select option to enable macros)

To display records for a specific District or Precinct within a Region:

  1. Click on the drop-down arrow in the District or Precinct title
  2. Click on the name you wish to display
  3. Once the filter is applied, the record number is displayed in blue. The filtered records can be printed.

To display a count of the records, click on the Count Records button.

To remove the filter and redisplay all records:

Click on the drop-down arrow in the District or Precinct title
Click on "All"
