Datasets This is a list of datasets that you are currently working on.
A 'dataset' simply means information about an Excel template, the project to which it belongs, and information about the fields and codes that will be loaded into SPI.
After you have successfully loaded a dataset into SPI it is not necessary to maintain it here. This list of datasets simply permits you to work on multiple datasets at once in case you cannot complete a dataset and need to come back to it later.
To initiate a new dataset, click the 'New Dataset' button. To work on an existing dataset click the 'Edit Dataset' button, or double-click on the dataset.

New Dataset Click New Dataset to open a window for making a new dataset.

Edit Dataset Click Edit Dataset to open a window for editing an existing dataset. Alternatively, double-click on a dataset to open a dataset window.

Delete Deletes a dataset. This removes all information about the dataset that is stored in SPI Import. However, the Excel file containing the template will not get deleted and will remain on your computer.

Recopy This label becomes highlighted red to inform you of projects that have newer data in SPI DC compared to SPI OPD. To ensure the newer data is made accessible to data users, you need to recpy the specified projects.
